Does your child struggle with waiting, remembering instructions, starting homework, or handling big feelings?

Join us for a calm, practical 2-hour workshop for parents of children aged 5–12. You'll understand the "why" behind the behaviour, and what you can actually do about it.

In this workshop, we'll cover how to help your child:

• Pause before acting
• Remember and follow instructions
• Cope with change
• Get organized and plan ahead
• Start and finish tasks on time
• Calm big feelings
• Solve problems on their own
