Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through PeaZ.
1. Digital Products
All digital products are delivered electronically.
Once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, the sale is final. In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, digital products are not eligible for return or refund after delivery, except in cases of defect or non-conformity.
Refunds or replacements may be granted in the following limited circumstances:
- The digital file is defective, corrupted, or unusable
- An incorrect digital file was delivered
- A verified technical issue prevented access to the purchased product
Requests must be submitted within seven (7) days from the purchase date by contacting:

Where approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method, in accordance with the payment provider’s timelines.
2. Physical Products (Manufactured on Demand)
All physical products offered by PeaZ (including framed or printed items) are manufactured on demand specifically for each customer after an order is placed.
Custom-made or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or refund once production has begun, except in cases where the product is defective or not in conformity with the agreed specifications.
A physical product may be eligible for replacement or refund only if it arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item received)
To be eligible, the customer must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.
Physical products are not eligible for return or refund in cases including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection by the customer
- Minor variations inherent to custom or on-demand manufacturing
- Damage occurring after delivery
Where a claim is approved, PeaZ may, at its discretion:
- Provide a replacement product, or
- Issue a refund to the original payment method
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
3. General Provisions
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Nothing in this policy affects statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
